and other dance, breath, and mind-body techniques
to guide participants
through a unique non-choreographed dance journey.
Women and men are welcome
no previous dance experience is necessary;
you can move, experiment, and experience at your own pace
and according to your own physical condition, mood or shape.
please wear comfortable clothing and if your feet need them,
soft soled shoes.
